What we Build
Custom Homes-But you won’t feel overwhelmed. Kevin will meet with you and help with every step of the building process! Christal will help you with the design side. She will set up appointments to make all the selections to help you stay in your time frames so the build doesn’t get behind, and she will help keep you in budget (best she can). Her passion is helping every homeowner to say at the end of their build… WOW that was actually easy.
Do you wish you could find a new home that is move in ready? It’s possible—just ask! We usually always have a spec home going in various neighborhoods. There are many things that set us apart when it comes to spec homes…we offer the SAME amazing products, quality and design as if it were a custom home but without the price gauging of it being a spec home.

Remodels
We take one remodel on at a time. These require special attention and we feel very adequate in giving what each project needs. So don’t move—Improve! Schedule an appointment with the Browning Homes crew to look at the project and offer a quote on the improvements needed. This is a FREE service.
